Gabonese oil sector

The oil fields of Gabon (Port-Gentil, Gamba, Mandji) require reliable heavy trucks for transporting pipelines, drilling equipment and platform construction materials. Our client, a subcontractor to a major oil company, needed a supplier able to quickly deliver 5 trucks in good condition.

Vehicles supplied

  • 3 MAN 32.422 8×4 (heavy carrier 32 tonnes, tipper or flat bed depending on use)
  • 2 MAN 26.422 6×4 (mid-size carrier 26 tonnes)

All from the Dutch army (Koninklijke Landmacht). These vehicles benefit from rigorous military maintenance and are recognised for their reliability in heavy industry.

Preparation and shipment

Full overhaul + painting in client's colours. RORO loading Antwerp → Owendo Port (Libreville): 27 days. BIVAC inspection before loading.

On-site delivery at Port-Gentil after barge transport from Libreville (Port-Gentil is an island).
